Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Engineering to lead mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineering teams. This executive will partner with Operations, Sales, Field Services, Quality, and Leadership to drive product innovation, manufacturing excellence, regulatory compliance, and continued growth. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment. Experience with elevators, vertical transportation, industrial equipment, PLCs, controls, automation, or related systems is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 10+ years of engineering experience; 5+ years of engineering management experience; strong manufacturing and product-development background; and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams. Direct new product development from concept through commercialization. Improve product quality, reliability, manufacturing efficiency, and cost. Ensure compliance with
ASME A17.1 / CSA
B44 and applicable safety regulations. Oversee controls, electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automation. Partner with Manufacturing and Field Services to resolve product and warranty issues.
