PPS focuses on cutting-edge energy solutions for the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. - Lead and develop the Maintenance and Facilities teams to ensure efficient operation and upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Direct the Process Engineering group in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes across multiple battery product lines
- Oversee plant safety initiatives related to equipment and processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and company standards
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and production throughput
- Plan and execute facility layout changes to support growth, scalability, and capacity expansion
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to analyze and optimize utilization, performance, and process metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, to strengthen change control processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Support long-term strategies for equipment upgrades, automation, and capital investments
- Provide full supervisory leadership, including hiring, training, performance management, and issue resolution Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in equipment maintenance, plant operations, or process engineering
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and best practices
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with process metrics, facility layout planning, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in defense or battery manufacturing
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt preferred Other Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn legacy applications
