Mechanical Engineering Manager Packaging Machinery OEM A leading OEM manufacturer of packaging machinery is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead and rebuild its mechanical engineering team. This is a working manager role with direct responsibility for people leadership, machine design, execution, and customer-facing technical support. What You'll Be Doing Lead, develop, and rebuild a mechanical engineering team Remain hands-on with machine design and technical problem solving Analyze failures using FEA, FMEA, and root cause methodologies Review competitor OEM designs and suggest improvements Establish and track engineering KPIs Manage budgets, warranty exposure, and design change impact Support customer installs and escalations Present confidently to customers and leadership Compensation Salary range: $140k-$180k Bonus eligible, tied to EBITDA performance Relocation support available H1
