full-time About the Company Our client is an established Chicago-headquartered financial services firm specializing in futures, securities, clearing, and execution services for institutional and professional market participants. The firm is backed by a financially stable global parent and has a long-standing presence in the futures industry. Additional details will be shared with qualified candidates as the process progresses. About the Role This is a producing seat. The person in this role develops new client relationships across the futures ecosystem and grows revenue by bringing in introducing brokers, CTAs, proprietary trading firms, commercial clients, and global accounts. You will represent a firm with real standing in the futures industry, and you will work closely with operations, risk, compliance, and onboarding to give clients a clean experience from first conversation through funded account. The right person already knows this market. You understand how an IB makes money, what a CTA needs from a clearing relationship, and why execution quality and platform support decide who wins the business. Responsibilities Develop new client relationships across introducing brokers, CTAs, proprietary trading firms, commercial clients, and global accounts Build and manage a healthy pipeline from first contact through account funding Grow revenue within existing relationships Coordinate with operations, risk, compliance, and onboarding to move accounts through cleanly Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings Track market conditions, competitive activity, and regulatory developments that affect client decisions Feed market intelligence back into the firm's commercial strategy Qualifications 3+ years in futures, commodities, derivatives, clearing, or a directly relevant segment Demonstrated success developing new business and growing client relationships Working understanding of the Introducing Broker and Commodity Trading Advisor business models Familiarity with CQG, CTS, TT, Rithmic, or comparable trading platforms Series 3 license, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of start Strong communication and commercial judgment Consistent follow-through and integrity Willingness to travel periodically, domestically and internationally Backgrounds That Fit Candidates come from futures commission merchants, clearing firms, futures and institutional brokerage, introducing brokers, CTAs, proprietary trading firms, derivatives and commodities firms, and the trading technology companies that serve this market.
