Within Integrated Technology Solutions (ITS), we are seeking a Senior Product Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for driving improvements in our Surface, Payload, and Operator capabilities. In this role, you will lead a team that bridges onboard and back-office engineering to evolve these technologies and ensure they meet customer and business needs. The role will work across onboard engineering, cloud/platform teams, product management, and validation organizations to drive product evolution. You will be accountable for driving the effectiveness and continuous improvement of product capabilities that align with real world workflows improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable jobsite outcomes.What You Will Do:
Accountable for end to end performance of productivity technologies that drive customer success and value realization. Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the Productivity portfolio (Surface, Payload, Operator), building strong domain expertise and a customer focused culture. Define team direction, priorities, and execution focus aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives. Drive integration across onboard and offboard systems, ensuring seamless capability development across machine, site, and cloud solutions. Partner closely with engineering teams (onboard and back office) to shape and prioritize enhancements. Ensure product capabilities meet customer needs and drive measurable productivity outcomes, leveraging field, customer, and stakeholder feedback. Define and track success metrics to ensure delivered capabilities achieve targeted productivity improvements. Identify gaps in current capabilities and lead future investments. Establish best practices for capability definition, validation, and continuous improvement. Influence cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of integrated solutions.What you will have:

Proven experience leading and developing technical or product-focused teams in a matrixed environment. Strong understanding of construction or mining operations with a focus on productivity outcomes. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across hardware, software, and cloud teams. Systems thinking mindset connecting product capabilities to workflows and customer outcomes. Experience driving product or capability evolution through customer validation and field deployment cycles Experience with Grade control, Payload systems, or Operator technologies. Experience integrating onboard systems with enterprise/cloud platforms. Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements. Track record of delivering customer-facing technology improvements at scale.Additional Details:
This position requires the candidate to work full-time at the Mossville, IL office. Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position. Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position. This position will require up to 20% travelSummary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.Benefits:
