Foremen at Lithko are responsible for planning and executing their phase of work while working closely with the Superintendent to create an overall project plan. Key Responsibilities:

Develop a project plan for the assigned phase of work. Understand project details and identify obstacles and opportunities to ensure successful execution. Prepare the team for success using well-defined planning processes. Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output. Track and manage time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets. Ensure project execution goals are met for the assigned portion of the work. Communicate project status to relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational and communication skills. 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor. Self-perform experience in concrete is required. Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial construction. In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million. Proven leadership ability to guide teams and drive results for overall project success.
