An opportunity for an Industrial Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). A position in the Industrial Management department of Combat Air Systems VS (TAOCI) has just been opened within Airbus Defence & Space. The jobholder will support the role of Industrial Manager inside the organization of Combat Air Systems VS in Getafe, Spain.RESPONSABILITIES
Coordination of stakeholders, like Supply Chain & Logistics among others, in order to ensure adherance of the industrial plan and availability of parts at the Point of Use Coordination of Industrial activities to ensure the correct functioning of production lines Support to the EWS for the E2E EF Ramp-up rate increase, including coordination with other sites like Tablada Support to the management and coordination of bidding activities for Operations Combat Air Systems VS perimeter in Spain Coordination of a Multifunctional Team to support the different Industrial activities and process adherence SKILLS Degree in the field of aerospace or comparable Experience in Production or MRO process ( >3 years) Knowledge in assembly processes High Ability to build excellent communication and relationship with various functions and customers Creating concepts, being able to work under pressure and empathic leading is part of you skillset Project Management skills will a plus Language skills: Spanish, negotiation level of English required Knowledge of the used four- national procedures in the EF program and the used systems as well as the processes and tools used at Airbus preferred
