Westaff's Career Division is recruiting for a Civil Project Manager, Transportation to serve as Transportation Service Lead for the Greater Baton Rouge area. Must hold a current Louisiana PE license. Direct Hire opportunity for a great nationwide company. This is a leadership role that involves strategic planning, team development, management, innovation, and collaboration to enhance the market presence and technical excellence. You will manage LA DOT projects, including transportation, sewer, and drainage design. Salary range $140K-180K plus full benefits. Must be available to travel to other job sites.

Ability to manage staff and direct resources effectively Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to manage design projects in a profitable manner Understanding of alternative delivery methods Extensive knowledge of geometric design and other related design elements Knowledge and experience with the full roadway project lifecycle from preliminary studies through final design General knowledge of construction with experience providing construction phase services Track record of successfully winning and delivering projects Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and overall duties involved in managing a design team Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work and qualification packages Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications #westaffjobs
