This role is crucial in driving the seamless integration of manufacturing engineering processes and ensuring operational excellence across production systems. Position Responsibilities Engineering Integration Leadership Lead and oversee the integration of manufacturing engineering initiatives across multiple production lines and facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Project Management Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth integration efforts. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in manufacturing engineering. Utilize data-driven decision making to optimize manufacturing workflows and enhance quality. Team Development and Collaboration Mentor and develop engineering staff to build a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative environment between manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams. Prerequisites Proven experience in manufacturing engineering and integration leadership roles. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
