Assist the IE Manager in the Hiring, Training and Development of plant IE's Supervise the plant Industrial Engineers in their day-to-day activities including but not limited to; Line speed, Cycle Checks, Scrolls, Man-Assignments, Standardized Work, Line Balance, Productivity Initiatives Support WO activities, Control and Manage Manpower Levels, EHPU, Absentee Analysis target attainment and reporting. Accurate and Timely Manpower and Productivity Reporting Budget submission on-time as applicable

submission, updates and execution
Qualifications Basic Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor's degree required , and Industrial Engineering preferred Advanced degree preferred Extensive training (Time Study / Standards, Ratings, Ergonomics, Budgets, Throughput, Simulation, Theory of Constraints, Microsoft Tools, Stellantis Industrial Systems (SIS)) Methodologies and WO Domain experience/knowledge preferred
Experience:
