Guide project teams and client partnerships while remaining accountable for financial results. What you will do Set executive-level direction for electrical construction work and lead projects through completion. Oversee project managers, site superintendents, and leaders responsible for field operations. Maintain strong client partnerships and keep expectations aligned with project plans. Evaluate budgets, timelines, potential risks, and progress against project objectives. Support strategic decisions, purchasing activities, and work planning for outside trade partners. Champion safe work practices, high-quality execution, and operational excellence. What you bring At least 10 years in leadership roles within electrical construction. Experience on major projects involving data centers, manufacturing facilities, industrial sites, or mission-critical environments. Strong team leadership paired with clear, effective communication. Applicable licensing obligations and jurisdictional requirements will be confirmed through the screening process.
