Provide independent leadership and full accountability for all engineering, manufacturing engineering, programming, and quality functions, ensuring all engineering and quality requirements are met across the organization. 2. Manage, mentor, and develop all engineering personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth. 3. Oversee all programming activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and production-ready manufacturing processes. 4.
