Job Description
Manager, Equipment. Holland, MI. Manage lithium-ion battery production operations. Supervise production equipment preventative maintenance program. Review operation of plant equipment/systems. Supervise line improvement projects. Advise/support engineers/technicians in critical matters. Report to Korean HQ on planning and project status. Negotiate with vendors and contractors. Conduct performance reviews and Layered Process Audits. Maintain worksite according to 5S3R standards.
