Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Engineering Manager to lead our software development teams in building innovative, scalable, and reliable systems. In this role, you will drive technical excellence, foster a collaborative environment, and oversee the design and implementation of complex applications. Your leadership will empower teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives while embracing modern development practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineering professional passionate about cutting-edge technology and team growth. Responsibilities 1. Own engineering standards, quality, and technical integrity Establish and maintain design standards, specifications, and templates Ensure designs are safe, compliant, and aligned with industry expectations Serve as the technical escalation point 2. Deliver complete engineering packages on schedule Manage engineering workload and priorities Ensure timely release of drawings, BOMs, and specifications Support quoting accuracy and project execution 3. Lead and develop the engineering team Set priorities and expectations across all engineering functions Review work for consistency and quality Develop team capability and depth 4. Support quoting, production, and project execution Support estimating and technical scope development Resolve design questions during fabrication and installation Participate hands-on where complexity or risk is high 5. Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction Identify recurring engineering issues or design risks Improve standards and workflows based on lessons learned Reduce dependency on tribal knowledge Skills & Competencies Engineering team leadership and development Technical standards and quality ownership Engineering package delivery and schedule management Mechanical systems and P&ID expertise Manufacturing and fabrication support Regulated/high-purity system knowledge Cross-functional communication (Projects, Production, Field) Technical risk assessment and mitigation Continuous improvement and process development Mentoring and technical escalation Join us as an Engineering Manager where your leadership will shape innovative solutions that empower our organization's future!
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:

Do you have this knowledge? Experience in regulated or high-purity system environments. Do you have this experience which is not required but preferred.
