Electrical Project Manager #24-00107 The Electrical Project Manager will oversee commercial/industrial electrical projects from preconstruction to finish. The PM will be responsible for the project's budget, scheduling, contract documents, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction. The PM will also be responsible for managing all subcontractors on-site as well as directing the Superintendent.

Responsibilities :

Read and interpret blueprints, inspection reports, specifications, etc. Supervise trade employees and/or other subcontractors as required Assemble bid packets and select vendors for specific projects Create, submit, and manage submittals throughout the entire project Prepare, organize, and manage material buyouts Negotiate, track, and approve change orders in a timely manner Enforce and supervise enforcement of site specific and OSHA safety guidelines Train and Develop assigned staff Manage and supervise Superintendent, subcontractors, and vendors Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure project completion to specifications Monitor project costs and forecast future project costs Act as a liason between trades and other departments Provide field employees with necessary support to allow the project to be completed on time and on budget

Requirements :
