Job Description:

Civil Technical Leader (Municipal) Our client is seeking a Civil Technical Leader to apply engineering expertise and manage design deliverables for a variety of road and water-based projects. You can join the team at the company's Portsmouth, NH or Concord, NH locations. Responsibilities of the Civil Technical Leader (Municipal) Coordinate with Project Manager on a variety of large and complex projects, ensuring project and client needs are met Apply specialized expertise and thorough understanding of applicable codes, regulations, and engineering standards Lead decision making on basis of design and develop concepts, equipment evaluation, and design computations Conduct quality reviews Oversee communication with regulatory officials and clients Provide leadership to project team members, sub-consultants, and junior engineers Review, update, and oversee all project-related documentation Visit construction sites to provide technical support and help solve issues Perform additional tasks as required Qualifications of the Civil Technical Leader (Municipal) Bachelor's degree in engineering required, Master's in engineering or science preferred 10+ years of related experience with 5 years of experience in a related engineering or technically focused role Advanced verbal and written communication skills Able to apply critical thinking and curiosity to changing technology and materials Knowledge of pertinent civil engineering principles, skills, and aspects Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Experience with Bluebeam, SewerCAD, WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, HydroCAD,BioWin (preferred) Valid Professional Engineering license in NH Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 10 Hour OSHA Training Certificate We look forward to connecting with you about this Civil Technical Leader (Municipal) opportunity!
