Project Engineering Manager We are seeking a talented Project Engineering Manager to join the team at a dynamic, reliable, and continuously expanding food & beverage manufacturer. The individual in this role will be based at one of their New York manufacturing facilities with 30% travel to others in the area. In this role, you will lead and oversee engineering projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

Review project proposals or plans to determine the time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing the project. Evaluate staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within the prescribed budget. Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others. Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Coordinate project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies. Regular travel to other facilities.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering 7-10 years' experience in manufacturing (food, beverage, or pharma preferred) 4+ years of experience in project management Experience handling CapEx projects Basic knowledge of process controls and automation systems is a plus Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Develop workable implementation plans Ability to travel up to 30%

Pay:

$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
