Job Description

Job Overview We are a leading manufacturer serving worldwide automotive and related markets headquartered in Western New York between Rochester and Buffalo. We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager . Responsibilities Manage and direct quality processes, procedures and personnel to assure Customer Satisfaction through the production of quality products. Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained. Drive systemic improvement spanning quality control, improvement methodologies, and advanced quality planning. The Quality Manager will report to top management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • BS in Quality Management or Engineering
  • 3+ years quality management or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools such as Measurement Systems Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Production Part Approval Process, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Advanced Product Quality Planning, Control Plans.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
