Traveling Project Manager - Mechanical Construction 📍 Various Locations Across the U.S. | Full-Time Overview Join our National Project Management team as a Traveling Project Manager ! Manage mechanical construction projects from conception to completion at job sites across the United States. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with 3+ years of mechanical project management experience , strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate mechanical construction projects from start to finish Lead and communicate with engineering, VDC (BIM), schedulers, field staff, customers, and subcontractors Order materials and equipment, issue subcontracts, manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals Oversee fabrication shop work packages, material take-offs, and man-hour budgets Collaborate with Safety teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks Plan ahead to prevent and resolve project issues Ensure all contractual conditions and project requirements are met Qualifications 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction Bachelor's degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems, construction methods, and building codes preferred Proficiency with P6 or Microsoft Project Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently onsite Schedule 6-day work week, 10-hour shifts Onsite for project duration Eligible for home travel every 3-4 weeks for 2-3 days Compensation & Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Experience-based salary Travel incentives package Discretionary annual bonus Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Paid Time Off, company holidays, and parental leave Tuition reimbursement and gym reimbursement Diversity & Inclusion We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
