Job Description

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and hotel systems. Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption. Maintain the hotel's tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition. Assist with seasonal projects such as pool preparation, landscaping, and snow removal. Work closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to address maintenance concerns quickly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes
Pay:
$11.00 - $15.00 per hour
