You will guide the technical direction and innovation that impacts global industries—from agriculture and construction to heavy machinery—making a tangible difference in how the world works. You will support a talented and passionate engineering team, empowering them to solve complex challenges and accelerate product innovation . Your focus will be on enhancing the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of solutions that are trusted by customers worldwide. Your work will be essential in strengthening our global engineering capabilities and ensuring technical excellence facilitates the growth of our Quick Disconnect Couplings (QDC) business. You will be a key partner in creating a distinct advantage through excellent engineering and teamwork. What You'll Be Doing As a leader in our engineering organization, you will focus on activities that deliver the most value to our customers and our business.
You will:
Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute, learn, and grow Guide the entire product lifecycle for our QDC portfolio, from initial concept and new product development to a successful launch Collaborate with global partners, including Product Management, Operations, and Sales, to translate market needs into reliable and effective engineering solutions Ensure continuous improvement is an integrated part of how we work, guiding strategic design optimization and collaborative problem-solving Promote Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA) principles to ensure our solutions are scalable, reliable, and ready for global production What We're Looking For We are looking for a leader who is passionate about engineering excellence and people development.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, combined with significant experience in product engineering or development Extensive experience in engineering , along with proven experience leading technical teams and having people management responsibilities A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive team culture Experience with hydraulic quick disconnect couplings is a strong plus. We will also consider your background in fluid power systems, fluid connectors, or similar mechanical products A strong background in modern engineering processes, including New Product Development (NPD), design validation, and DFM/DFA Excellent communication skills and the ability to build alignment with global teams and stakeholders Please note that this role requires the ability to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time.
