This job requires a person to coordinate the efforts of Industrial Engineering by providing support in the manufacturing of quality products at the lowest possible cost with a minimum capital investment and maximum employee satisfaction, have good leadership skills, good communication skills, to use fundamental engineering principles, and assist Manufacturing and Sales in process standardization and costing.

JOB DUTIES 1.

Provide support for Manufacturing and Sales. 2. Organize and coordinate the activities of Industrial Engineering. 3. Keep abreast of new methods and technology. 4. Supervise, support, provide training, counseling, and evaluate the performance of Industrial Engineering personnel. 5. Analyze and maintain records such as, Process Standards, Tool Status and any other function controlled by Manufacturing Engineering. 6. Initiate new ideas for improving equipment, methods, procedures, and employee comfort.

JOB SPECIFICATION 1.

Four-year College or University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience, education, and training. 2. Experience in methods analysis and time study. 3. Demonstrate good communication skills both oral and written. 4. Must have a working knowledge of basic math. 5. Must have a background in manufacturing. 6. Ability to independently plan and organize the activities of Industrial Engineering. 7. Must have analytical skills.
