This job requires a person having a comprehensive understanding of the FRP industry, at least five years' experience in this field and with a solid background in CAD. This person must have good communication, leadership, training and organizational skills.

JOB DUTIES 1.

Assist with the analysis of a potential new customer on tool design, quoting, purchasing, and maintenance of the new tool. 2. Procures new or specialized production equipment. 3. Assist other departments with requests for Tooling, fixtures, gages, and quality specifications. 4. Perform, supervise, or specify repairs on tools.

JOB SPECIFICATION 1.

Four years, Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. 2. Ability to independently plan and organize one's own activities. 3. Experience in the FRP industry. 4. Knowledge of SMC and perform compression mold design and repair. 5. Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications. 6. Must have computer background in

CAD. PLC

control and CNC programming is a plus. 7. Must have background in basic quality aspects.
