Design Eng Asc Mgr Job Description You will be an Engineering Technology Manager (ETM) for Advanced Programs (AP) at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). What you Will be Doing As an Engineering Technology Manager (ETM), you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers, driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution. You will be a technical leader, coach, and mentor, responsible for developing your team's skills and expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of program requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, and continuous ongoing feedback
• Coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition, and disciplinary actions
• Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, and promoting customer focus

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500

• $217,695.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
