An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Job Description
You will:
Lead and launch expansion programs for new markets and new horizontal / vertical capabilities Drive and own plans and critical path for market launch activities Orchestrate deliverables, scope and timelines across internal teams including Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Operations Establish new or improve existing workflows and processes to build a strong foundation for the org to grow and scale Proactively identify and reduce both short- and long-term business-critical risks and dependencies Keep stakeholders informed and aligned; represent programs from senior leadership to execution teams;escalate effectively when needed to remove blockers You have: 5+ years of experience managing highly complex cross-functional programs Experience driving large programs with a holistic understanding of business-wide functions (ie. Product, Eng, Legal, External Engagement, etc) and the ability to manage deliverables between organizations Strong leadership skills to manage both upstream and downstream dependencies. Clear verbal and written communication, alongside the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making in a fast-paced environment Significant expertise in identifying breakdowns and scaling processes within complex, growing areas that impact the future of the organization and how the team functions.We prefer:
Expertise in external partner engagement and market expansion (e.g. scale, commercialization) Expertise within SW program management Expertise within autonomous vehicles or automotive space Experience scaling businesses Experience launching in national and international markets Experience with road safety, design, or transportation planning The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
