This individual will oversee de novo development projects, major facility expansions, renovations, and acquisition integrations while partnering closely with executive leadership, operations, real estate, finance, and clinical teams. The ideal candidate has progressed through a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager career path and has extensive experience managing healthcare, veterinary, dental, urgent care, retail, or other multi-site development programs. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing multiple concurrent projects while building scalable processes and infrastructure to support aggressive organizational growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all phases of facility development including site selection support, due diligence, design, entitlement, permitting, construction, equipment installation, and facility opening Manage a portfolio of simultaneous de novo, renovation, relocation, and expansion projects across multiple geographic markets Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, capital forecasts, and executive reporting for leadership and private equity stakeholders Oversee architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards Partner with operations leadership to ensure facilities support clinical workflows, patient experience, staffing requirements, and long-term growth objectives Support acquisition integration efforts including facility assessments, capital planning, renovation prioritization, and transition planning Establish standardized project management methodologies, reporting structures, construction standards, and vendor management processes Identify opportunities to reduce construction costs, improve timelines, and enhance operational efficiency across the development portfolio Prepare and present project updates, capital plans, and development strategies to executive leadership and investors Build and lead internal development, facilities, and project management resources as the platform scalesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Project Management, Business, or related field 10+ years of progressive construction and development experience Prior experience as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager overseeing ground-up construction and facility development projects Experience managing multiple concurrent projects ranging from $1M to $20M+ in capital investment Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, vendor management, and construction contract administration Experience working within healthcare, veterinary, dental, urgent care, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site operating environments Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, investors, operators, consultants, and contractors Strong financial acumen and understanding of capital project managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience within veterinary, specialty healthcare, emergency healthcare, dental, or urgent care environments Experience supporting private equity-backed growth platforms Experience opening multiple locations annually in a high-growth environment Familiarity with acquisition integration, facilities assessments, and capital planningPay:
