The ND-05 position is equivalent to the

GS-14/15

level. The ND-04 position is equivalent to the

Qualifications:

ND-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the

GS-12/13

grade level or ND-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer or Scientist developing and implementing engineering processes and solutions for complex undersea warfare systems. ND-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9/11 grade level or ND-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer or Scientist developing or implementing engineering processes or solutions for complex undersea warfare systems.
