Lead high-profile commercial and industrial electrical projects Family-owned and operated with a team-first culture Local work with no overnight travel Opportunities to mentor and develop future leaders Clear opportunities for career advancement Stable workload with a respected regional contractor What you'll be doing: Manage commercial and industrial electrical projects from award through completion Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, vendors, and inspectors Develop project schedules and manage budgets, manpower, and materials Lead project meetings and coordinate field operations Monitor project profitability and ensure successful project execution Manage RFIs, change orders, permits, inspections, and closeout documentation Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service Mentor Assistant Project Managers and field leaders while supporting their professional growth What we're looking for: 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience 3+ years managing electrical construction projects Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and commercial construction practices Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience reading plans, specifications, and project schedules If you're looking for a company where your leadership is valued and your career can continue to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
