## Standard Job Description Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. ## Basic Qualifications

• Familiarization with MS Office Suite of programs.
• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent technical discipline +5 years leading a technical team, or ~10 years experience leading a technical team.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. ## Desired Skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to collect and present information clearly and succinctly.
• Familiarization with engineering project scheduling, tasking, execution operations, and tools used in support of previously identified activities.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
