Type:

full-time Join our growing engineering team! We are seeking a motivated Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) Engineer with experience in land development and drainage analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 3-5 years of experience in hydrology and hydraulics modeling/analysis for land development projects Proficiency in HEC-HMS Strong working experience with 1D Unsteady and 2D HEC-RAS modeling Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro , and other H&H modeling tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, and professional

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with drainage design criteria and requirements for TxDOT, Harris County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, and Montgomery County Strong understanding of FEMA floodplain regulations Experience preparing and supporting CLOMR and LOMR submittals Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or actively pursuing a Professional Engineer (PE) license If you're passionate about solving complex drainage and floodplain challenges and want to contribute to growing land development projects across Texas, we'd love to hear from you.
