full-time Transmission Planning Engineer San Antonio, TX (Hybrid, Open to Relocation) $120,000 - $140,000 + Benefits A fast-growing, Texas-based utility-scale solar and battery storage developer is seeking a Transmission Planning Engineer to join a lean, high-impact interconnection and planning team supporting a rapidly expanding project pipeline across ERCOT and MISO. This team doesn't separate interconnection from transmission planning the way most organizations do, you'll get exposure across both disciplines from day one, working directly alongside senior engineers and leadership on projects that move from development straight through to construction.
