Engineering Project/Program Manager Description
- About this Job The Global Strategy, Process & Capabilities team is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of Supply Chain Factory Services (SCFS).
The ideal candidate:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into business decisions. Demonstrates sound business judgment and thrives in fast-changing environments. High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong stakeholder management capabilities. Curious, innovative, and enthusiastic about leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes. Proven experience applying Agile practices and driving end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including process redesign, system implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and organizational change management employing methodologies such as ADKAR, preferred. Demonstrates a quality-first, metrics-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and data insights to continuously improve processes, performance, and business outcomes. Demonstrates foundational knowledge of AI principles, including generative AI concepts, data-driven insights, and responsible AI usage; prior exposure or training preferred. Preferred Technical & Functional Experience PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certifications preferred. Experience leading Agile programs and digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain operations, and Factory Services processes.Experience with:
SAP PLM/PDM
systems BOM management New Product Introduction (NPI) Services delivery operations Strong Power BI, Excel, and data visualization skills.Experience with:
Azure DevOps (ADO) Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) Dynamics 365 SharePoint Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation platforms, and responsible AI principles. Financial acumen including revenue, gross margin, cost management, business cases, and ROI analysis. Education and Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Typically 12+ years of professional experience. Typically 8+ years leading cross-functional projects or programs. Experience managing medium-to-large scale business transformation initiatives. Experience working across multiple supply chain functions. Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence programs. Advanced experience with analytics, reporting, and executive communications.Preferred:
PMP Certification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher. AI, Data Analytics, Agile, or Change Management certifications. Knowledge and Skills Working knowledge of E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently. Advanced data analysis skills and high excel acumen Self-starter with strong time management skills and adaptability Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; logical solution provider. Working knowledge of and ability to manage complex modelling and financial analysis. Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language. Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
