18+ Month Contract Our client, a global leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and drive successful project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented project leader who enjoys managing cross-functional teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering projects aligned with business objectives.

Project Management | New Product Introduction (NPI) | Cross-Functional Leadership | Risk Management | Medical Device Manufacturing | Stakeholder Management What You'll Do Lead project planning and execution for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives Develop project charters, timelines, work plans, and risk management strategies Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to achieve project objectives Partner with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and project expectations Manage project schedules, critical paths, risks, and key deliverables Coordinate external vendors and ensure project requirements are met Support ROI initiatives and project improvement strategies Provide project updates, performance feedback, and communication across teams Support logistics and coordination for onsite programs, training sessions, and project activities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of project management or related experience Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience developing project plans, managing timelines, and mitigating risks Ability to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners Medical device industry experience highly preferred
