Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related discipline) 10-15+ years of engineering experience in industrial, infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing EPC or design-build projects. Strong understanding of engineering design processes and project delivery methodologies Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong technical leadership and decision-making Ability to manage complex multidisciplinary engineering organizations Excellent coordination and communication skills Strategic thinking with strong execution focus Commitment to engineering quality and safety Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent Experience working with large multidisciplinary engineering teams Familiarity with engineering management systems and project delivery frameworksADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation range for this role is between $130,000 - 180,000 annually The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities. Discretionary bonus Travel up to 20% Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident for this position. We are unable to sponsor any employment visas.
