As our North American business continues to grow, we're looking for an Internal Specification Manager to join our team in Kent, WA (Greater Seattle Area). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, naturally curious, creative and an excellent problem solver. You'll engage with architects and project stakeholders during the early stages of their projects, understand what they're trying to achieve and help identify how Sculptform can bring their vision to life. The Opportunity As our Internal Specification Manager , you'll play an important role in developing architectural project opportunities across North America. You'll engage with architects, designers, contractors and other project stakeholders to understand their design intent, project requirements and challenges, then help identify the right pathway forward. You'll manage a busy pipeline of architectural opportunities from initial enquiry through qualification and development. This requires exceptional organisation, consistent follow-up and the ability to prioritise opportunities while keeping multiple projects moving at once. No two projects are the same. You'll need to think creatively, ask great questions and use strong problem-solving skills to understand what's possible, identify opportunities and connect customers with the right Sculptform products, expertise and support. Working closely with our Business Development, Preconstruction and Project Consultant teams, you'll help create an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction. What You'll Own You'll be responsible for: Managing and developing an active pipeline of architectural project opportunities. Building early relationships with architects, designers, contractors and other key project stakeholders. Understanding project scope, design intent, challenges, timelines and key decision-makers. Qualifying and prioritising opportunities to identify where Sculptform can add the greatest value. Proactively following up stakeholders and keeping opportunities moving. Using creativity and strong problem-solving skills to help identify solutions to project and design challenges. Introducing customers to Sculptform's products, capabilities and Design Assist services. Identifying opportunities to broaden project scope across Sculptform's product range. Collaborating with Business Development and Preconstruction to determine the best pathway for complex opportunities. Maintaining accurate project information, activities and follow-ups within Salesforce CRM. Preparing clear, detailed handovers when qualified opportunities progress to our Project Consultant team. Sharing customer, project and market insights that can help improve our products and approach. Who You Are At Sculptform, we hire for attitude just as much as experience. What You'll Bring Experience in architectural products, specification, sales, project coordination, account management, building materials, commercial construction, design or another customer-facing environment would be highly regarded. You'll also bring: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability. A creative approach to challenges and opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to detail. Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Good commercial judgement. Confidence using technology and CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred. Experience within architecture, construction or building products is an advantage, but it's not essential. If you bring the curiosity, creativity, drive and ability to build great relationships, we'll provide the product and industry knowledge you need to succeed.
