$155,000- $170,000 per hour Job Details
- Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes for industrial and mechanical construction projects Administer relationships with both owners and subcontractors Interface directly with clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors on project development, costs, and schedules Lead, evaluate, and mentor field personnel and field supervisors Build project proposal packages backed by detailed self generated estimates Requirements 10 to 15+ years of project experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction, including managing teams of PMs, project engineers, and supervisors Background in industrial construction specifically, not commercial or residential Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered) Experience managing projects of $5M or more is a plus Proficiency in tools like MS Project, P6, Procore, or Viewpoint is a plus A bit about us:•We're recognized as one of the highest value industrial and mechanical construction contractors in the marketplace, handling complex infrastructure and critical plant processes.
