Job Description

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Program Manager to lead onsite Industrial Engineering teams supporting multiple manufacturing facilities. The role will drive productivity improvement, labor optimization, line balancing, Lean transformation, and continuous improvement, while managing customer stakeholders and onsite/offshore delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Lead Industrial Engineering activities across 4-5 manufacturing facilities. Perform and oversee time studies, work measurement, line balancing, Yamazumi analysis, and multi-model level loading. Drive labor productivity, cycle-time reduction, cost reduction, material flow, warehouse/inventory optimization, and process improvements. Support assembly line consolidation, high-flow manufacturing lines, automation, and robotics initiatives. Lead Lean initiatives using Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, TQM, and standardized work. Develop SOPs, work instructions, and standardized operating methods. Manage program governance, resources, schedules, risks, KPIs, escalations, and executive reporting. Coordinate effectively between customer, onsite, offshore, operations, engineering, and leadership teams. Use data analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure and demonstrate operational improvements. Identify additional improvement opportunities and support expansion of manufacturing transformation programs.
Required Skills:
7-15 years of Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering experience. Strong Automotive, Truck, or Off-Highway manufacturing background. Hands-on experience with time studies and work measurement. Line balancing, Yamazumi charts, multi-model line balancing, and level loading. High-volume and high-mix manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and Continuous Improvement. Demonstrated experience improving productivity, labor utilization, quality, cost, and cycle time. Strong program management, stakeholder management, risk management, and customer-facing communication. Experience leading cross-functional and onsite/offshore teams.
Preferred:
Experience with automation, robotics, digital manufacturing, material-flow optimization, and multi-plant manufacturing transformation programs.
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
