Sr. Mitigation/Restoration Technican

Sr. Mitigation Technician (East Valley) We are a 24 hour, 365 days Emergency Restoration Company in the business of helping people, businesses and agencies after a disaster or emergency such as a fire or flood. We step in with compassion and provide the best disaster cleanup methods and experts in the Phoenix area. Providing emergency restoration service for people affected by water, fire, mold or flood damage. Are you ready for an exciting and physical job where no two days are ever the same? Our Mitigation Technicians work hard in often harsh conditions involving, smoke, water, mold, sewage, etc., to help people and properties recover from damage due to disasters. The ideal candidate will enjoy physical labor, have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, and be 100% reliable and accountable. We have an immediate opening for a Senior level Emergency Service Technician. We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual with integrity with excellent customer skills.

Job Requirements :

This is a full time position. Must be reliable and able to work nights and weekends while on-call. Must be flexible and able to work on call rotation for new emergency calls and work longer hours during busy seasons Must be professional, neat, clean in appearance with a good demeanor Have a positive attitude and be a team player. Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required. Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen Excellent communication skills both written and oral Be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds Experience in restoration and/or construction industry is required No convictions or Felonies

I.I.C.R.C.

Certification is not required but is a plus for senior level position Responsible for explaining and signing up new customers on water damage losses - Performing demolition on building materials that have been affected by water, fire or mold damage Assessing water or mold damage - Setting up required equipment Job Responsibilities Water Damage-extraction, drying, minor demolition & pack out Trash removal Mold Remediation Restoration-contents manipulation, and cleaning Taking measurements and readings Taking careful notes, and filling out proper documentation Proving a high level of customer service Perform demolition of building materials affected by water and fire damage Pack out contents and personal property of customers' homes Complete paperwork for all jobs and make notes on work perform
