This role involves independently managing property damage remediation projects and providing dependable repair and restoration services across different types of properties. We are seeking a motivated professional who can evaluate property damage, create practical remediation plans, coordinate with project stakeholders, and complete restoration work in accordance with Superior's quality expectations. With more than 13 years of industry experience, Superior Contracting & Maintenance has built a strong reputation as a reliable partner for property management companies, offering comprehensive maintenance and turnkey services. Our work includes roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and more. Responsibilities Assess property damage and create remediation plans based on the specific needs of each project Work closely with project managers and clients to maintain clear communication and ensure project expectations are aligned Coordinate and oversee work crews or subcontractors when needed to keep projects moving efficiently Monitor project schedules, budgets, and workmanship to support successful and timely completion Follow applicable safety procedures and established industry best practices throughout remediation projects Provide regular progress updates and final documentation to clients and relevant project stakeholders Requirements At least 3 years of experience in property repair and damage remediation Active General Liability Insurance Solid knowledge of remediation procedures, safety requirements, and industry best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively with different teams Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets Must have the required tools and dependable transportation Must currently reside and perform work within the United States If you take pride in high-quality remediation work and are interested in becoming part of a growing contractor network, we'd like to hear from you.
