Job Description
Job Overview Water Emergency Services, Incorporated (WESI) and Guardian Restoration is seeking a dedicated crew members to join our restoration TEAM. In this role, you can be the first line of response when property damage strikes or be the final assistance in getting customers homes and businesses back to pre-loss condition. You'll work hands-on to provide urgent remediation, containment, mitigation, and restoration to buildings affected by water, fire, and mold damage. From assessing the site, to setting up drying equipment, to teardown and removal of contaminated materials like drywall/flooring/insulation/content, to reinstallation of demoed building materials. You will help customers navigate this stressful experience... with care and professionalism. Being an emergency response company, we operate 7 days a week and have many options for getting hours and completing work, including afternoon/evenings and weekends. While no experience is necessary , the ideal candidate will have some construction experience OR experience in the restoration industry. This position offers an opportunity to work for an experienced, knowledgeable, and IICRC certified company, helping to restore properties and helping clients recover from disasters.
