In this energetic role, you will perform essential restoration services to help clients recover their homes and businesses swiftly and effectively. Your expertise in water extraction, cleaning, and remediation will directly contribute to transforming distressed spaces into safe, healthy environments. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in the restoration industry while making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. Duties Conduct water extraction and removal using specialized equipment to mitigate damage and prevent mold growth Perform cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and debris removal with hand tools and power tools Assist with fire restoration efforts by cleaning soot and smoke damage from affected areas Execute mold remediation procedures to eliminate mold growth safely and effectively Use construction and hand tools to repair or prepare damaged structures for restoration or reconstruction Document all work performed accurately, including detailed reports on water damage, mold presence, or other issues encountered Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning services Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and mold remediation processes Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently Familiarity with Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and Mold Remediation is recommended Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various environments for extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship as well as clear informative documentation Valid driver's license with a clean driving recommended Ability to work after-hours and weekends as needed Flexibility to be on-call 1 - 2 times per month Join us in delivering exceptional restoration services!
