Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and dedicated educator to join our team as a Grades 5–8 Interventionist and Grade 4 Remediation Specialist. In this role, you will deliver targeted Tier 3 academic interventions, and provide foundational math and literacy remediation for 4th-grade students. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with classroom teachers, and Professional Learning Teams to track progress and adjust instruction based on data.

Key Responsibilities

Grade 4

Remediation & Support:

Deliver focused academic remediation and classroom push-in support for 4th-grade students to bridge learning gaps.

Targeted Tier 3

Interventions:

Provide small-group and individualized Tier 3 instruction for students in grades 5 through 8, conducting progress monitoring.

Classroom Support:

Push into general education classrooms to provide aligned instructional support for EC students.

Assessment & Data Entry:

Administer academic screeners for grades 6–8, score assessments, and input progress data promptly.

Collaborative Data Protocols:

Participate actively in Professional Learning Team (PLT) and Problem Solving Team (PST) meetings to analyze student work, evaluate data, and refine intervention strategies.
