WebCam/In-Person Job Summary Seeking Document Accessibility Remediation Technicians to support a high-volume document remediation project involving PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations. Responsibilities Remediate accessibility issues in PDF and other documents. Modify tags, headings, lists, reading order, tables, links, images, and document properties . Use Equidox and Adobe Acrobat Pro for PDF remediation. Perform automated accessibility checks and manual QA. Maintain document records and follow established remediation procedures. Manage high-volume document assignments accurately. Escalate complex issues and communicate with project supervisors. Required Skills 2+ years general computer/software and file-management experience. 2+ years PDF accessibility/document remediation experience. 2+ years Adobe Acrobat Pro or similar PDF editing experience. 2+ years document processing, data entry, records management, or QA experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.

Highly Desired:

1+ year of Equidox PDF Remediation Software experience.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
