Why this job exists Most mold companies are restoration contractors. They tear out drywall, bill for the rebuild, and leave. The family is still sick. Claro is different. We are the company doctors call when a home is making someone ill. We find the moisture, fix the source, remove what is contaminated, treat the whole home with our patented dry fog, then retest to prove it is clean and back it with a one year guarantee. Every job that the owner Nick sells, you make happen: containment, source removal, drying, crawlspace encapsulation, light rebuild and treatment, done to a standard most companies never reach. You are in homes with families who are scared and exhausted. You explain what you are doing and why, you leave the place cleaner than you found it, and the post test/inspection comes back consistently clean and clear. You start as the lead. As we grow, you hire and train the people under you. This is the leader of our TN jobsite crew, not a slot on a crew. What you need to have These three things are non negotiable Mold remediation experience. IICRC or NORMI certification strongly preferred A track record customers wrote down. We want to see your name in your company's reviews, more than once References from people you have actually worked beside, not just the boss who signed your checks Who we are looking for You have run residential jobsites end to end, in remediation, restoration, crawlspace encapsulation, or general contracting You are proud of your work and it shows in the details, the cleanup, the way you are mentioned across your last companies reviews You want to build something you own a piece of, not punch a clock Crawlspace experience is a big plus, not required.
