Job Description

Entry-Level Safety & Ergonomics Specialist Schedule:
1st Shift, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Onsite Position Summary We are seeking an entry-level Safety & Ergonomics Specialist to support workplace safety, ergonomics, risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with education in Safety, Ergonomics, Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related technical field. Key Responsibilities Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations. Support incident investigations and corrective action development. Analyze safety data and documentation for regulatory and company compliance. Assess ergonomic risks related to equipment, tooling, processes, packaging, and work methods. Support safety and ergonomics improvements and document corrective actions. Communicate findings and recommendations to supervisors and employees. Assist with safety and ergonomics training. Qualifications Degree, certificate, or technical education in Safety, Ergonomics, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field . Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel . Manufacturing, safety, EHS, or ergonomics experience is a plus, but not required . Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Additional Information Fully onsite manufacturing environment. Business-casual dress code. Metatarsal safety shoes required on the first day. Prescription safety glasses required if applicable. Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Position may be extended depending on production needs •
Work Authorization:
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Pay:
