Ergonomics & Safety Specialist responsible for conducting ergonomic assessments, safety audits, risk evaluations, and regulatory documentation within a manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Experience conducting ergonomic assessments and analyses Experience performing safety audits and risk assessments Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and health and safety management systems Experience analyzing safety data, documentation, and regulatory requirements Experience supporting incident investigations and corrective actions Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Preferred Skills Experience conducting ergonomic reviews of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, packaging, and work methods Experience evaluating new or relocated equipment for ergonomic and safety risks Experience developing or documenting ergonomic corrective action plans Experience delivering ergonomics or workplace safety training Manufacturing environment experience Job Responsibilities Analyze safety and ergonomic data to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions. Provide technical support for ergonomic programs and processes. Compile and analyze data, documentation, and correspondence required for regulatory and safety management system compliance. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify noncompliance with applicable standards, processes, laws, and regulations. Participate in incident investigations and ergonomic reviews. Assist with determining and documenting corrective actions. Conduct ergonomic assessments of products, manufacturing processes, packaging, equipment, tooling, and work methods. Evaluate new or relocated equipment for ergonomic and safety risks. Document corrective actions and ergonomic improvement plans. Conduct ergonomic training for supervisors, operators, and employees. Communicate assessment and analysis results to applicable work groups.
