Role Overview:

We are seeking individuals proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Candidates should possess a degree or certificate in safety or ergonomics, though those with technical or engineering educational backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Core Duties:

Serve in an entry-level capacity within the safety and ergonomics field, utilizing data analysis and regulatory interpretation to propose solutions and support ergonomic initiatives under general supervision. Help maintain organizational compliance by gathering and evaluating essential documentation, data, and correspondence related to health and safety management systems. Perform safety audits and risk evaluations to help ensure the workplace remains in full alignment with established standards, processes, and legal requirements. Engage in incident investigations and ergonomic reviews to assist in the development of effective corrective measures. Share analytical findings and interpretations with relevant teams to foster awareness and drive necessary improvements. Evaluate and analyze the ergonomics of manufacturing methods, equipment, tooling, packaging, processes, and products. Perform risk assessments regarding safety and ergonomics on relocated or new equipment to proactively identify potential hazards. Provide comprehensive ergonomic training sessions for operators, supervisors, and staff members. Maintain records of corrective actions and strategic plans to facilitate ongoing ergonomic enhancements.

Pay Transparency:

The standard base compensation for this position is $29.00 - $32.00 per hour. Non-exempt staff are eligible for overtime pay at 1.5 times the base rate for hours worked beyond 40 per week, or as mandated by regional regulations. Final salary offers are based on individual experience, education, and skill sets.
