Base Salary + Commission About Flow Masters Plumbing Flow Masters Plumbing, Inc. is a growing plumbing, heating, and HVAC company serving residential, commercial, and property-management customers throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula. We are expanding our HVAC Division and are looking for a motivated, professional HVAC Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor who can help customers understand their options and confidently guide them through HVAC replacement and installation projects. The Role This is a sales-focused position . You will meet with customers who are considering replacing, upgrading, or installing HVAC equipment and developing solutions based on their property, comfort needs, and budget. You will work closely with our HVAC technicians, installers, dispatch team, and management from the initial sales opportunity through project handoff. Responsibilities Meet with residential and commercial customers for HVAC sales opportunities Evaluate customers' existing HVAC systems and comfort needs Recommend appropriate HVAC replacement and upgrade options Sell furnaces, air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, thermostats, and related HVAC solutions Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals Clearly explain equipment options, efficiency, warranties, installation requirements, and pricing Follow up consistently on open and unsold estimates Maintain accurate customer notes, sales activity, and follow-up information in the company CRM Coordinate sold projects with the operations and installation teams Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients Identify additional opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach Meet individual and company sales goals Participate in ongoing product, technical, and sales training Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: HVAC sales experience strongly preferred Knowledge of residential and/or light-commercial HVAC systems Understanding of furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand Strong follow-up and closing skills Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Ability to use CRM, estimating, and mobile technology Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong organization and time-management skills Previous experience as an HVAC Advisor, HVAC Sales Representative, HVAC Technician, or HVAC Installer transitioning into sales is especially welcome. Knowledge of boilers, hydronic/radiant heating, plumbing, or water heating is a plus.
