Fire Sprinkler Designer
NICET LEVEL III
Our client, a respected leader in fire protection and life safety solutions, is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Designer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging projects while contributing to a company that values innovation, safety, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design fire sprinkler systems, including layout, hydraulic calculations, and equipment selection Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD/BIM software Ensure designs comply with NFPA standards, local building codes, and client specifications Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams Prepare submittals, specifications, and project documentation Support project management with estimates, schedules, and design updates
Qualifications:
7+ years of fire sprinkler design experience NICET Level
II OR III
Proficiency in Sprinkler System Software or equivalent design software Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and building codes Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Education & Certifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience NICET Level
II OR III
