Direct Hire Pay:

$90,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance Year 1

OTE:

$175K+ |

Top Performers:

$300K-$400K+

Available About the Role We're seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales Representative to manage an established portfolio of commercial customers while identifying new project opportunities. You'll work with building owners, facility managers, and executives to recommend HVAC retrofit, replacement, and system improvement solutions. Responsibilities Manage and grow existing commercial accounts Develop HVAC project opportunities Meet with decision-makers and present solutions Prepare proposals and close projects Coordinate with internal project teams Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience 5+ years in commercial HVAC or a related field Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems Professional, organized, and relationship-focused

Preferred Background:

Commercial HVAC project sales, mechanical engineering with sales experience, or former HVAC technician turned salesperson.
